Intense, deep red cherry colour with a garnet hue, clean and bright.
The nose is intense and complex. A variety of toasted notes overlap the black fruit compote aromas, which are underscored by balsamic scents that bring freshness to the nose.
It is a dry, full bodied and balanced wine with a silky entrance that give way to noble oak aromas, black fruit and candied plums.
It pairs perfectly with red and white meats, cured Iberian meats, broths or cured cheeses.
