Intense deep cherry red colour with a cherry rim, clean and bright.
The nose is complex and intense, with prominent spice aromas such as cloves and black pepper, along with cocoa and licorice notes. Balsamic aromas as well as subtle floral undertones integrate perfectly with the ripe black fruit and jam aromas.
This is a dry, balanced wine on the palate, with mature sweet tannins formed by the combination of the grapes being collected at their optimum moment of maturity together with the French Oak. On the palate, oak (lotus tree, cedar), together with fruit liqueur aromas stand out.
Pairs perfectly with red and white meats, cured ham, broths or cured cheese.
