Intense dark cherry colour with a ruby hue.
Complex on the nose, with toasted notes from the aging process in new French oak barrels. Ripe fruit and jammy aromas, spice, mineral and iodine notes.
The palate is powerful, tasty, balsamic, with sweet tannins. Aromas include smoke, toast and mineral notes.
Pairs perfectly with red meats, stews, game, cured cheese and blue fish.
